1. General Policy
All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. Refunds will only be considered if a confirmed technical fault on our part has prevented the service from being delivered as described. Changes of mind, partial use, non-use of the service, or issues outside our control are not eligible for refund.
2. Technical Faults
If a technical issue caused by Docu-Genie affects your subscription access, we will first attempt to resolve it by extending or adjusting your subscription to ensure full value is received. A refund will only be considered if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@docu-genie.com with:
- Valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or payment confirmation)
- A clear description of the issue, including relevant dates or error messages
Our team will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Eligibility
- The issue is confirmed to be caused by Docu-Genie, and
- The issue cannot be resolved by extending or adjusting the subscription
5. Processing Refunds
If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method used for purchase.
